Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 May 2026
Plain speak: by using bdggameguides.com, you agree to these house rules. We’re a small independent guides site—not the BDG Game company—so don’t treat this page as the app’s T&Cs or as formal legal advice.
1) Accepting these terms
If you browse, read, or otherwise use the site, you’re agreeing to this document. If you don’t agree, please stop using the site.
2) What this website is (and isn’t)
BDG Game Guides publishes educational articles for Indian readers. We are not the official operator of any game or wallet product, and we don’t handle deposits, KYC, or bans—that’s always on the platform you actually signed up for.
3) No guarantees / no professional advice
Guides can go out of date when apps change flows. We don’t promise every line is perfect, complete, or “latest”. Nothing here is financial, tax, or legal advice—if you need certainty, talk to a qualified professional in your state.
4) Responsible use (18+)
We write for adults. Real-money play carries risk—budget, take breaks, don’t chase. More on responsible gaming and disclaimer.
5) Intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, our text, layout, and original graphics belong to us. Don’t copy-paste large chunks for commercial use without permission. Product names and logos may belong to their owners—we use them for identification only.
6) Third-party links
Outbound links are for convenience. We don’t control those sites, don’t always endorse them, and aren’t responsible if they change, break, or mis-handle your data—click carefully, especially on downloads and logins.
7) Don’t be a menace
- No hacking, scraping that hammers our server, or trying to break security
- No unlawful use of the site or our brand (fake “official” pages, impersonation, etc.)
- No mass automated collection that degrades performance for other readers
8) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, BDG Game Guides isn’t liable for losses from using (or not being able to use) the site—including indirect or knock-on damages. If your jurisdiction doesn’t allow some limits, those limits apply only up to what the law permits.
9) Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is your cue—continued use after an update usually means you accept the new version.
10) Contact (about these terms only)
Questions about this website’s terms: contact page or [email protected]. For in-app account issues, use the product’s official support—not us.
